NetReview - Understanding your Network, Assets, and Needs

Upon becoming a customer of Creative-information technologies subscribing to our ProServ Managed IT Support solution, we will perform a NetReview. NetReview is a comprehensive analysis of your network/s and devices. C-it utilizes state-of-the-art tools to collect information about the network and components to create a gap analysis compared with industry best practices. The results of the NetReview help identify potential issues and serves as a roadmap to ensure your operational goals can be achieved.

The first step in the NetReview process is to collect as much current information as you have. If you don’t have it, don’t worry, we will help you collect it. These items are non-IT specific information such as Employee Contact Lists, Physical Office Layout and Vendor contact information. Once this information is collected, we will schedule a time to come out and begin the in-depth IT infrastructure review.

After the initial introduction, tour of your facility and identifying your IT infrastructure, we will go to work on your system. Once reviewed, we will make sure your system is streamlined, updated and information is secure so that
you have “peace of mind” and you can focus on other core business matters. We will be providing you with regular proactive reports and advise on System status for upgrades and growth.
